Baxter; Thanks for writing. Yes, we published a small book on the AD 70 theory several years ago. I didn't think to list it on our web site. Also, last year I had a debate on
e-mail with one of their representatives, Ray West. I will print out a copy of that and send it to you, along with a sample copy of the little book on it. You can decide if you want more copies. It is good to hear from you.

Nathan; Thanks for the response. You raise an interesting question. The conversation between God and Satan in the book of Job was not a specific battle engagement but it was not a friendly chat either. Throughout the Bible Satan is always doing his thing and God is always doing His thing. They seem to tolerate each other but never have fellowship. As it was in Mat. 4 when Satan came to Jesus to tempt Him. There actually seems to be an underlying effort to reason with each other. As to the fact that no sin or evil can enter God's eternal city, (Rev. 21) that is not where the conversation in Job took place. Satan came before God, yes, but on earth where Job was. Peter wrote that Satan walks about over the earth "seeking whom he may devour." When you realize that the devouring he speaks of consists of deceiving people, it is clear that Satan does want to convince everyone he can of his ways. So his approach is not as an attacker but as one who "with good words and fair speeches" seeks to deceive the hearts of the simple. (Rom. 16:18) He might even think he can deceive God. The bottom line is we must not be fooled by his crafty speeches. Olan
